1. The subject of the contract includes the supply of a cluster of two routers with a firewall function and a switch for the Institute of Technical Sciences for the task: "Equipping the workshop at the Institute of Technical Sciences and the Institute of Design Arts with the adaptation of rooms and the development of distance education at PWSW in Przemysl ".

2. The order was divided into two parts:

1) Partial task No. 1 - Purchase and installation of a cluster of two routers with a firewall function and a device for recording and reporting.

2) Partial task No. 2 - Purchase and installation of a switch.

3) The Awarding Entity does not limit the number of parts of the contract which it intends to award to one Contractor.

The subject of the contract includes the supply of a cluster of two routers with a firewall function for the Institute of Technical Sciences for the task: "Equipping the workshop at the Institute of Technical Sciences and the Institute of Design Arts with the adaptation of rooms and the development of distance education at the PWSW in Przemyśl."

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1A to the ToR (partial task No. 1).

In Annex No. 1A to the Terms of Reference, the minimum parameters for partial task No. 1 which the subject of the contract should correspond to are given. The Contractor submitting an offer must offer, and if selected, also provide, the subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's requirements. Any proper names, trademarks, patents and places of origin indicated there are only intended to indicate the quality of the subject of the contract. In connection with the above, Contractors may offer products with equivalent parameters, which will be considered solutions with the same or higher parameters.

The Employer requires that the offered object of the contract be brand new, not used previously by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new full value, in accordance with applicable law and standards, fully valuable, coming from the manufacturer's authorized sales channel to the market Poland, the EU or the European Economic Area.

In Annex No. 1 B to the ToR, minimum parameters for Partial Task No. 2 which the subject of the contract should correspond to are given. The Contractor submitting an offer must offer, and if selected, also provide, the subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's requirements. Any proper names, trademarks, patents and places of origin indicated there are only intended to indicate the quality of the subject of the contract. In connection with the above, Contractors may offer products with equivalent parameters, which will be considered solutions with the same or higher parameters.

The Employer requires that the offered object of the order be brand new, not used previously by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new full value, in accordance with applicable law and standards, fully valuable, coming from the manufacturer's authorized sales channel Poland, the EU or the European Economic Area, covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the conditions and in the period described in the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the ToR, complete, had all legally required attestations and certificates.

The contractor will deliver the subject of the order with his own transport to the place indicated by the Employer at his own expense and risk. The devices should be delivered to the headquarters of the State East European University in Przemyśl, Technical College ul. Soldiers of the First Army of the Polish Army 1E.
