Extent
Partille Municipality intends to sign a contract with a supplier with a wide range of software and associated services where at least the following shall be included: software licenses with the possibility of consulting services and training. The procurement also includes hardware that is directly linked with the acquired license, for example, RFID readers and cards/tags. The assignment also includes assisting with expertise in the license area and purchasing, as well as providing information and business advice in license-related matters at an ongoing and strategic level.
The municipality strives for good cooperation with the supplier, but also delivery reliability and good service.
The municipality has the right to procure individual systems if necessary and therefore does not give the exclusive right to deliver the entire municipality's need for licenses. The agreement focuses on the most common licenses, such as Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and others to secure the need.
The planned contract period is six (6) years, see section 5.4 of the terms and conditions.
