Os municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of Building materials such as wood ware, cornices, doors, windows, iron ware (screws, nails, fittings), manual tools, power tools, etc.

The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for building materials related to maintenance and smaller new buildings on municipal properties. It is especially important for the contracting authority to have access to building materials in connection with unforeseen events where there is a need for immediate renovation.

The tenderer must use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the objective of the contract.

The total annual procurement of products for Os municipality in 2021 was approx. NOK 1,100,000 excluding VAT .

As there may be changes in the internal organisation in regard to work executed internally, a financial limit is set for this agreement at NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT.

Building materials related to own separate projects are not included in this agreement.

 The stated volume is based on historical figures. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
