Description:

The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at John Port School.

The contract will commence on 1.8.2013 for a period of 3 years.

This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision.

The cost of the cleaning contract between September 2011 and August 2012 was GBP 199 000.
