The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the maintenance of order in the office building and in the official premises, i.e. internal cleaning service, window washing, etc. and services related to external cleaning, snow removal, etc., in buildings of the Bielany District Office. located at 29 S. Żeromskiego Street, Warsaw and 25 Unification Street, Warsaw.

Social clauses

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129), the Contractor or Subcontractor shall refer to the performance of the contract persons employed on the basis of the employment relationship in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), in the number of at least ten (10) persons in the working capacity of at least 1/2 time and at least three (3) full-time persons performing the activities set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract). The Contracting Authority informs that it does not require employment on the basis of the employment relationship of persons who will perform the following:

1. washing windows, glass facade and aluminum corners on the facade of the building,

2. keeping order in the squares and car parks located around the building,

3. in winter the removal of snow and mud from squares and car parks located around the building,

4. snow removal of the glass part of the roof of the building and glass visors above the entrances and removal of snow and icicles from the roof, visors and window sills,

5. cleaning of sand from squares and parking lots located around the building (after winter),

6. snow export,

7. Removal of moss, plants from the gaps of the pavement at the so-called “green terraces” located on the 1st floor of the building.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies:

(a) the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ;

and

(b) The designed provisions of the contract — annex 4 to the SWZ.
