The city of Rüsselheim is planning to renovate and convert the park school, Frankfurter Strasse 54 in Rüsselsheim am Main, into a primary school.

The park school consists of several building parts with different construction dates. The main building and the gym from 1916, the extension from 1963 and the cafeteria from 2007.

The school is currently still used as a secondary and secondary school.

In the afternoons from 1pm to 6pm there is an external Greek school with 2 classes in the extension. From the school year 2021/2022, the use as a secondary school will expire. The two classes of the Greek school remain.

The park school is to be converted and refurbished in sections, and from the school year 2024/2025 it is to be used as a newly founded primary school.

In the summer of 2022, 2 to 3 first classes are to move into the main building to be renovated and the other classes in the following years. The exact occupancy plan and the dates of occupancy depend on the pending renovation and renovation work.

The school is laid out 3.5 quickly.

The entire school should be planned to be barrier-free. The subject of inclusion should also be considered sensibly.

Fire protection must be established in all parts of the building.

The main building and the gymnasium are classified as individual cultural monuments. The entire area is also protected as part of the "overall fortress complex".

There is a renovation backlog in all parts of the building. This can be seen, for example, in moisture damage on the exterior walls, the terrace and the cellar walls.

There is a two-stage negotiation process with participation competition according to VgV on the conditions specified in the publication and the participation documents.

The TGA services are tendered in 2 lots. Lot 1 includes plant groups 1, 2 and 3, lot the plant groups 4, 5 and 6. It is permissible to apply for a single lot or for both lots at the same time. When applying for both lots at the same time, the application form (see participation documents) only needs to be filled out once, but using all 4 reference forms. When applying for a single lot, the application form with the 2 references belonging to the lot must be submitted.
