With this tender, the OWO municipalities aim to contract a supplier for the supply, implementation and management of a SaaS application BOR (Public Space Management).

Compared to the current situation, the contracting authority wants to carry out a conversion immediately, whereby the data for sewerage are also available in accordance with the Urban Water Data Dictionary (GWSW). In addition, the contracting authority wants to carry out a conversion to IMBOR during the term. The conversion to IMBOR must be implemented by the end of 2024 at the latest.

The performance of the contract is planned from the moment of entry into force of the contract, scheduled from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2026, with an option for unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of four times one (1) year. The agreement is concluded by signing the definitive agreement by the parties.
