Parametric Test System

New device parametric test system with the following characteristics:

— 230 VAC, 50 Hz PE /N power distribution unit (PDU) according to German voltage standard, connection for TN-S network (not combined PEN),

— Ensure full compatibility with Keithley Test Environment (KTE) software

— 4 SMU (current range at least 100 mA to 1 A; voltage range at least 200 mV to 100 V),

— Switch Matrix in 24 pin full force sense Kelvin configuration,

— 2 digital multimeters (min. 7.5 digit resolution; measuring ranges at least 100 mV to 100 V),

— 1 multifrequency capacitance meter (frequency range min. 10 kHz to 1 MHz),

— 1 dual channel pulse generator unit (pulse width range at least 100 ns to 100 ms, rise /fall time range at least 50 ns to 100 ms, pulse level at least 20 Vpp),

— Ring oscillator option with spectrum analyzer (frequency range at least 9 kHz to 3 GHz); driver software and cult measurement routines for the KTE system software,

— 1 sample card adaptor with guarded triax cabling according to pinmapping to be specified,

— 1 year warranty,

— Full on-site system installation by qualified service engineer,

— System must be matched to the existing S 530 during installation -> Bidder proposal must be presented

— The system must be able to communicate with an Accretec UF 200 prober; accurate data can be obtained upon request

— Complete mechanical adaptation to the existing UF 200 system,

— the system must be CE certified

— the plant must be delivered to IHP depot in accordance with Incoterm 2010 DDP, CIP or DAP,

— For deliveries outside the EU, the supplier is also the importer

— Incl. training.
