The Procurement covers the consultancy, production and technology for the further development of ‘Kundesporet’ as an internal web TV and electronic interactive channel. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with one supplier to further develop ‘kundesporet’ with associated processes. ‘Kundesporet’ shall support the economic growth within NSB and be an alternative to pure journalist based information concepts. ‘Kundesporet’ is part of the NSB Passenger train HR services.
