Description:
Execution and implementation of the Digital IT Tool for managing cooperation with SA&AM cluster members in the project: “Development of SA&AM coordinator potential with the development of new services”.

The subject of the contract is the implementation in Katowice Special Economic Zone an IT tool for managing cooperation between the cluster coordinator and entities who are members of the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing cluster (hereinafter referred to as “System”). The primary objective of the implementation of the System is to provide an IT tool (platform) that will ensure ongoing cooperation and exchange of information between enterprises and other entities who are members of the cluster in the field of joint initiatives, projects, workshops, trainings along with providing the necessary reports and statements.

1 The subject of the contract is the implementation in Katowice Special Economic Zone an IT tool for managing cooperation between the cluster coordinator and entities who are members of the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing cluster (hereinafter referred to as “System”).

2 The primary objective of the implementation of the System is to provide an IT tool (platform) that will ensure ongoing cooperation and exchange of information between enterprises and other entities who are members of the cluster in the field of joint initiatives, projects, workshops, trainings along with providing the necessary reports and statements.

3 The implementation of the subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund, the Intelligent Development Operational Programme, in connection with the implementation of project No POIR.02.03.07-24-0001/21 entitled: “Development of the SA&AM Cluster Coordinator with development of new services” (Co-financed project).

4 As part of the execution of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall perform all the activities necessary to deliver the System meeting the requirements under the Agreement, OPZ and the Contractor's Offer.

5 In particular, the Contractor:

5.1 It will develop and agree with the Contracting Authority a Schedule for the implementation of the Project,

5.2 It will develop and agree with the Contracting Authority the elements of the Technical Infrastructure necessary to install the System on the resources of the Contracting Authority,

5.3 Will develop and agree with the Contracting Authority Business Concept,

5.4 It will implement the System and perform the necessary modifications to the System, as well as if necessary for the implementation of functional requirements, will create and provide dedicated software, enabling the functionality described in OPZ, Agreement and Business Concept,

5.5 Will migrate data,

5.6 Will prepare and make available to the Ordering Party a test environment,

5.7 It will provide support services for the configuration and preparation of the production environment,

5.8 Will prepare and conduct tests of the System,

5.9 Launches the system productively including install the System on the Technical Infrastructure of the Ordering Party,

5.10 Will prepare and conduct training for Cluster Administrators,

5.11 Dealt and submit User Instructions to the Ordering Party,

5.12 Will carry out Stabilization of the System,

5.13 It shall make up and transmit the Documentation to the Contracting Authority,

5.14 It will grant the Ordering Party a license to use the System and transfer to the Ordering Party the copyright of property to the Copyright Elements, including source codes to Copyright Elements and dedicated software,

5.15 It will perform operations related to the warranty service of the System for a period of 12 months,

5.16 It will ensure the maintenance of the System for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the Final Reception.

6 The implementation of the Project will be divided into Phases:

6.1 Phase I — Project preparation

6.2 Phase II — Implementation

6.3 Phase III — System Launch and Stabilization

6.4 Phase IV — System Maintenance

7 The system and all Project Products subject to receipt, as well as documents prepared during the project work will be marked by the Contractor with the logos of the European Union and the European Regional Development Fund, PARP and Poland in accordance with the guidelines submitted by the Contracting Authority at the stage of design work.

8 Due to the purpose of the System (Purpose), access to the System will be open to users outside the Ordering Party domain, the system will have a login zone and a public area. Depending on the privileges granted, Members of the Cluster - entities cooperating with the Ordering Party (e.g. entity members, non-logged users) will be used in the scope of the functionality specified in the OPZ and under the licensing conditions set out in the OPZ and the Agreement. Accounts in the system will be set up locally.

9 The system must be scalable. Provide, in particular, the possibility of expanding the System as the Contracting Authority's requirements for performance and integration with other systems grow.
