Engineering service for the drafting of the definitive-executive project, safety coordination in the design phase, works management, work accounting and coordination for safety in phase execution of the work on the extension of the canteen of the university citadel of Monserrato, in accordance with the D.M. 11.10.2017.

The intervention will be financed with the “FSC Funds 2014-2020. Pact for the development of the Region of Sardinia concluded on 29.7.2016. Thematic area 1. Infrastructure. Action line 1.10.3 “Interventions for the strengthening of residential facilities for university students” for the realization of various interventions aimed at improving residential structures and canteens”. The object of the contract is the entrustment of the engineering service (CPV 71330000-0 various engineering services) for the drafting of the definitive-executive project, the coordination of safety in the phase of design, works management, work accounting and coordination for safety during the execution of the extension work of the canteen of the university citadel of Monserrato, in accordance with D.M. 11. 10.2017.

The amount based on the tender estimated at EUR 241 240,50 is inclusive of ancillary charges of 24,66%, net of tax charges and social security charges. The award consideration shall be devised to be agreed “by hand” in a fixed and invariable measure.

The amount based on the tender was determined pursuant to the Decree Minister of Justice 17.6.2016, containing “Approval of the tables of fees commensurate with the quality of the benefits of design adopted pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree n. 50 of 2016”.
