The purpose of the contract is the following services, the construction and maintenance of horizontal signalling with obligation of results on motorways and departmental roads with 2x2 lanes and bidirectional outside built-up areas as well as the construction of new horizontal signage on departmental roads, motorways and departmental roads with 2x2 lanes and bidirectional roads of the CEA outside built-up areas
