The services of the contractor (AN) include the technical planning of the technical equipment in buildings and outdoor facilities acc. Part 4 Section 2 HOAI 2013 with parts of LPH 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 acc. § 55 HOAI 2013 supplemented by special services, in particular:

Preparation of the construction documentation using the checklist master

The planning services are based on the following regulations:

- AU 174 (Handbook for aerodrome control systems / Airfields for NATO and national installations (HB BA)),

- ICAO Annex 14,

- STANAG 3316,

- EASA approval specifications (CS) and instructions (GM) for the construction of aerodromes,

- Directive "Temporary obstacles in the obstacle clearances of instrument railways at aerodromes",

- DFS German Air Traffic Control GmbH "Directive for the installation of ILS systems".

In accordance with Appendix 15.2 of the Technical Equipment Object List, the objects of the measure are assigned to the following fee zones:
