The subject of the contract is the cleaning of office rooms and the property area and the maintenance of green areas of the District Court Lublin – West in Lublin. The first task – location: 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin. The second task – location: 13 Boczna Lubomelska Street in Lublin. Third task – location: 4d Konrad Wallenroda Street in Lublin. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in the attachments to the SWZ No. 1a, 1b, 1c, respectively.

The first task includes cleaning office rooms and the property area and maintaining green areas of the Lublin - West District Court in Lublin at 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przemieście Street in Lublin. The internal area covered by the cleaning service is: 6 229 m2, the area around the buildings: 3 792 m2, of which the hardened area: 3 312 m2 and green area 480 m2. Comprehensive cleaning services include, m.in: cleaning office rooms, corridors, halls, staircases, passageways, stairs, toilet rooms, bathrooms, washing windows and other surfaces (lamperie, tiled walls), cleaning furniture, lining baskets with plastic bags, taking garbage to the indicated place, cleaning shoe mats, washing and vacuuming floor coverings (including carpets) and washing, polishing and polishing floors. The Contractor shall be obliged to: 1) provide cleaning services at least every day working for the Contracting Entity, 2) provide the means and equipment needed to perform the contract, including a mechanical device for cleaning floors - a minimum of one device, in each of the facilities, 3) ensure the supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, sand and magnesium chloride / calcium chloride and preparations for surface disinfection (preparation in dispensers for hand disinfection is supplemented by the Ordering Party), 4) provide means and equipment needed to perform the contract. In addition to the necessary assortment, which should be equipped with each person providing cleaning services, the Contractor will be obliged to provide each person providing cleaning services with individual means for: cleaning furniture, disinfection and cleaning LCD monitors. Persons who will perform services directly for the Ordering Party (cleaning and direct supervision) may not be convicted of committing a crime / fiscal offense. Persons who are listed as convicted persons in the Criminal File of the National Criminal Register may not be admitted to provide the service. At least 7 cleaners must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in cleaning services. Persons who will be used by the Contractor, before starting to provide services, must be trained, in particular, in the field of occupational health and safety, as well as fire regulations. The Contractor shall conduct the training by its own efforts and at its own expense. The external surface also includes urban sidewalks adjacent to the area where the Court is located. Premises and outdoor areas to be cleaned must be kept clean. The Contractor shall provide the means and equipment necessary to perform the service. The washing and cleaning agents used by the Contractor must have current attestations or certificates allowing them to be used on the Polish market or other documents confirming the use of equivalent solutions. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing daily cleaning services as part of the contract. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL, consisting in the repetition of services consistent with the subject of the basic contract and to the extent not exceeding 50% of the contract value.
