The University of the West Indies will rely on a company that has developed expertise on the free software Omeka S, an essential component of the software factory which will be implemented as part of the technological redesign of Manioc. The company can intervene at all levels according to the needs and priorities defined according to the processes described in the organizational procedures.

The University of the Antilles will rely on a company that has developed expertise in free Drupal software and in particular Drupal 8 and higher. Drupal is the system chosen for public interfaces. The professional Drupal interfaces will allow in particular to manage editorial content and mediation / promotion content, the public interfaces of the digital meta-library and the respective digital libraries (customizations), value-added services expected by users and partners. The company can intervene at all levels according to the needs and priorities defined according to the processes described in the organizational procedures.

From the materials supplied by the SCDUA teams and Manioc partners (documentation, surveys, personas, models), the company must:

- provide support and achievements throughout the project with regard to graphics and ergonomic optimization by extending the initiated methods centered around the user experience (UX and UI),

- work with the team as defined in the organizational methods, but also with user groups forged in consultation with the project manager and the assistant project manager according to the stages and needs,

- work in concert with the developers of lots 1 and 2 and allow the integration of UX Design into the development cycles in order to contribute to the orientations by global directives, to bring out new solutions during the project or to correct obsolete aspects.
