1. The subject of the contract is mowing grass and weeds from the road strip of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Opole together with mowing the surface under bridge structures in the area of operation of OT – divided into 11 tasks in accordance with the terms of the tender specifications.

2. The scope of the contract includes mechanical mowing of grass and weeds from the road lane of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Opole along with mowing the surface around and under bridge structures.

3. The following works shall be carried out under this contract:

- perform preparatory work: remove extraneous debris from the workplaces of the mower;

- mow grasses and weeds;

- mow self-sowing and suckers after cutting bushes;

- rake and remove the mowed grass and weeds from road sections indicated by the contracting authority (maximum 5% of the area covered by the task);

- mow the surface around and under the bridges.
