The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service of carriage of persons by bus communication on lines no 69 and no 72, on the section Rejowiec — Zamość East — Rejowiec, launched for non-running trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polish Railway Lines in the period from 09.05.2022 until 11.06/2022) with the inn for designated stations and passenger stops.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service of carriage of persons by bus communication on lines no 69 and no 72, on the section Rejowiec — Zamość East — Rejowiec, launched for the following non-running trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Infrastructure Manager Railway Station - Polish Railway Linie Railway Station between 09.05.2022 and 11.06.2022) with the inn for designated stations and passenger stops:

1) No 22401, 22403 on the section of Rejowiec — Zamość East, runs 9.V-11.VI daily;

2) No 22405 on the section of Rejowiec — Zamość East, runs 9.V-10.VI daily;

3) No 22407 on the Rejowiec — Zamość East section, runs 9.V-10.VI daily except Saturdays;

4) No. 22410 on the section Zamość East - Rejowiec, runs 10.V-11.VI daily except Sundays;

5) No. 22412, 22414, 22416 on the section Zamość East - Rejowiec, runs 9.V-11.VI daily.

The implementation of railway bus communication requires one bus for each train and, in addition, the Contractor is obliged to:

(a) increase the number of buses on the Rejowiec — Zamość East section for train number 22401 on Sundays two buses, no 22403 and no 22405 on Fridays two buses;

b) increase the number of buses on the section Zamość East — Rejowiec for poc. no. 22416 on Sundays two buses.

2. The expected number of kilometers to travel as part of replacement bus communication at the time of completion of the order is 24024 kilometers (without empty runs), i.e. the number of courses scheduled for completion of the order is 286.
