The reconstruction of the N47 Zeelsebaan between kmpt 15.3 and 16.2.

The redesign and construction of improved bicycle facilities along the N47 Zeelsebaan on the territory of the City of Dendermonde and the municipality of Zele.

The construction of a separate sewerage system along the N47 Zeelsebaan and the Steenweg Van Grembergen.

The contract mainly comprises:

1) breakdown of existing infrastructure;

2) temporary installation for purifying drainage water;

3) placing of embankment consisting of soil mix wall and a Krings embankment;

4) earthmoving;

5) installing new paving and linear elements, including (bottom) foundation;

6) realization of street vents and house connections;

7) landscaping and management;

8) installing a separate sewerage system;

9) work on watercourses;

10) building a pumping station with discharge line;

11) building an overflow structure;

12) maintenance of the works during the guarantee period.
