Building description:

Two existing rectangular structures connected to an interim building, extension as an extension to a building wing sh. enclosed site plan or site layout plan

Main heat generation:

- Air heat pump, which is designed as an air-split heat pump approx. 20 kW heating power/ approx. 45 kW cooling output

- condensing boiler (gas) with a heating output of up to 250 kW

New heat generation with central accommodation in the school boiler room.

The main heat is generated by an air-split heat pump, with an associated external unit on the facade.

The heat pump should be operated up to a dual mode point of 5°C outside temperature. In the event of heating, this corresponds to a power output of 20 kW, and the additional output should be provided by a gas condensing boiler.

Two heating distributors are installed in the boiler room for heat distribution.

The pipe network is intended to be used for heating and cooling; for this reason, the network is to be constructed of compressible heating stainless steel and routed to the individual underfloor heating distributors.

Underfloor heating is installed in the screed structure for central heating for both buildings. The FBH distributors are arranged on the floor in flush-mounted cabinets. Each room is equipped with a room temperature sensor for individual room temperature control via MSR technology. The controllers are selected according to the switch program of ELT planning.
