The tender includes landscaping services for the partial area of the indoor pool and the partial area of the parking garage.

Due to various funding sources, the services of these areas must be specifically separated and executed in two sections. For this reason, the site equipment is divided in terms of volume.

Interruptions during the execution time as well as new construction of the construction site must be taken into account.

There are areas with asphalt and pavement to attach. Likewise, stairs and ramps for the accessibility of the indoor pool are to be made.
