The object of the order is a service consisting in the operation and maintenance of the drainage systems of the streets of Warsaw with a division of 6 parts.

In detail, the item of the order is described in the description of the item of the order (Chapter IV of the Specification of the Order Terms, hereinafter referred to as

“SWZ”).

The estimate value of the contract is greater than the Union thresholds set out in Article 3 (1) and paragraph 2 of the Pzp Act for services.
