The Contracting Authority intends to acquire the services of preparation of the administrative building – institution (Kaunas Central Post Office Palace), the building's dependencies – outbuildings and the plot Laisvės ave. 102, 102A/E. Ožeškienės g. 10, Kaunas (hereinafter referred to as the object), the preparation of the projects of the managed construction works (reconstruction, demolition), change of purpose to cultural, management works (applied research, preservation, restoration, repair) and supervision of the execution of projects.
