The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly of medical equipment for the needs of the Observation and Infectious Diseases Ward as part of the Project under the name "Support for the Mazovian Specialist Hospital in Ostrołęka in the scope of adapting the Observation and Infectious Ward to the required conditions for health services dedicated to infectious diseases in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic" of the type and quantity in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract – Assortment and price form and Appendix No. 2 List of conditions, limit parameters that are an integral part of the SWZ.
