the purpose of this consultation is to maintain the wooded heritage of the City of Nanterre. The missions will cover pruning and felling interventions as well as treatments and fertilizations on the tree heritage.

The services are broken down into 2 lots processed by separate markets.

Each contract will be awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.

Framework agreements will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months and will be tacitly renewable 3 times in 12-month periods.

This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated in the SMCC. The market also provides for a scheme to promote the employment of people with integration difficulties and to combat unemployment.

Lot 1 concerns the pruning and felling of trees. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times in periods of 12 months. The amounts fixed for this lot are as follows: without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 600,000.00 euro (excl. tax).

Lot 2 concerns phytosanitary treatment. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times in periods of 12 months. The amounts fixed for this lot are as follows: without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 40,000.00 euros (excl. tax).
