This notice concerns an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The operation includes the construction of a reed-bed wastewater treatment plant, an outfall into the sea and the renovation of the related networks. This operation takes place within the right-of-way of the main base in Levant (Var). The works are divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 - Rehabilitation of the networks - Lot 2 - Construction of a wastewater treatment plant - Lot 3 - Rehabilitation of the outfall at sea. Lot 1 is divided into 3 sections (Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code) described under Lot 1 paragraph Ii.2.4). The overall lead time for the 3 batches is 28 months, including 9 months of preparation period (3 months for each of the 3 lots). The start date of the works is planned for the 1st quarter of 2024 (lot 1) and the 1st quarter of 2025 (lots 2 and 3)
