This contract is for the purchase of uniforms for security guards and reception staff at the European Parliament (Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg sites).
The contract comprises 3 lots:
lot 1 — uniforms;
lot 2 — footwear;
lot 3 — outdoor clothing.
The technical characteristics of each lot are specified in Annex I to the specifications.
The estimated annual number of staff for which clothing and footwear is to be provided is 600 to 750.
Uniforms for security guards and reception staff.
Supply per staff member:
— mid-season suits for men and women consisting of 2 jackets and 4 pairs of trousers/skirts,
— 6 shirts or blouses,
— 2 ties or 2 scarves,
— 2 pullovers.
The supply per staff member will be renewed once a year.
Footwear for security guards and reception staff: safety shoes, classic shoes and ankle boots.
Supply per staff member:
2 pairs of shoes (male/female).
Staff will be able to choose from the models in the different categories.
The supply per staff member will be renewed once a year.
Outdoor clothing for security guards and reception staff.
Supply per staff member:
— 1 male or female parka,
— 1 hat,
— 1 pair of fleece gloves,
— 1 pair of thermolactyl gloves,
— 1 scarf or 1 neck warmer,
— 1 cap.
The parka supply will be renewed once every 3 years; other items in the supply will be renewed once a year.
