Waste Management and Raw Materials Management, as part of the government-wide category Consumer Services, involves the disposal and processing of Waste Streams from the Participating Services. This assignment concerns the administrative handling that is necessary to be able to charge the delivered quantities per Participating service by means of an invoice to be drawn up.

The Contracting Authority assumes an estimated contract size of an average of 1,901 invoices on an annual basis. The total contract size (incl. option years) is estimated at 15,204 invoices. This refers to the invoices that are sent to the Participating Services following the processing of the various Waste Streams (See Appendix 5b, Invoicing overview).
