Kent Community Health NHS Trust invites expression of interest from suitably qualified organisations wishing to provide an occupational health service and a staff counselling service.

The contract will be divided into service lots which will be occupational health, staff counselling and a combined lot of both occupational health and staff counselling. The Trust is looking for a Kent wide single partner who will provide a comprehensive proactive solution. Bidders will be required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire and the evaluation of this will establish those bidders that will be shortlisted and invited to tender.

The Trust is looking for an efficient paperless electronic solution and this must be fully operational from the start of the contract.

The tender will involve TUPE for the occupational health service element only.

The contract will be for 3 years starting in April 2015 and will have the option to extend for a further 2 years in tranches of 12 months.

The tender will be evaluated on the basis of 50% financial and 50% non-financial criteria. This will be fully detailed in the invitation to tender documents.
