The purpose of the contract is to entrust an actuary, who is a member of an association of actuaries recognized by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, with the task of evaluating the provisions and forecasts for the Visale, GRL, Pass- GRL and Loca-Pass Guarantee (assessment of claim expenses (rents / unpaid charges and litigation costs) covered and recoveries collected for Visale, valuation of accounting compensation for the Grl, valuation of technical provisions, recoveries and fees litigation for the GRL-Pass, assessment of the provision for loss payable (PSAP), the provision for management fees and the provision of recourse for the Loca-Pass Guarantee.
