This tender, funded by the AfricaConnect3 grant (DG INTPA) seeks to procure international point to point connectivity to connect the Moroccan NREN directly to the GÉANT network

The objective of this Open Tender Procedure, is, following a competitive procurement exercise, to establish a contract for connectivity services (at 10 Gbps), that will connect Marwan (the Moroccan NREN) to the ASREN network through their PoP at Slough in southern England.

International point to point connectivity @10gbps to connect the Moroccan NRENs directly to the GÉANT network.

The scope of this tender includes capacity services delivered either as a Leased Line or a Virtual Private Wire Service (VPWS).

We are seeking commercial terms of initially 12 or 18 months that could potentially be extended for a contracting period of up to 3 years, renewable annually from the end of the first contracted term.
