Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste, arising on the territory of inhabited and uninhabited properties, on which municipal waste is created, midwives in the territory of the municipality of Rudnik.

1. The object of the contract is “the collection and development of municipal waste, arising on the territory of inhabited and uninhabited properties, on which municipal waste is created, midwives in the territory of the municipality of Rudnik.

2. The subject of the order includes:

1) The provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste, arising on the territory of inhabited and non-inhabited property, on which municipal waste is created in the territory of the Community of Rudnik, in a way that enables adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-entry use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order of municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), in the Waste Management Plan for Silesian Voivodeship 2016-2022, and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure and Purity in the territory of Rudnik Municipality and the rules laid down in the Municipal Council Resolution on the definition of the detailed manner and scope of provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from owners real estate and development of these waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste.

2) Equipment (i.e. purchase and distribution) of inhabited property and real estate on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created in Rudnik Municipality in bags for collection of waste marked according to the provisions of the Regulations for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality Rudnik and the rules laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions (OJ 2021 poz 906).

3) Reception and management of all municipal waste transferred to the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste - (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Rudnik Municipality. Individual fractions of waste subject to receipt from the PSZOK are described in point D (1) of the detailed description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4) Provide in the framework of the implementation of the contract the possibility of a system of lease and/or purchase by residents of containers for the collection of municipal waste.

3 Detailed description/scope of the services subject to the contract is Annex No 1 to SWZ.

4. The projected total amount of municipal waste, projected to collect, transport and use waste during the period of implementation of the contract is approximately 2. 120 Mg.

5. A description of how to calculate the price is specified in the SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 100 of the Pzp Act requires the appropriate subject of the order, the adjustment of the service to the needs of all users, including the provision of accessibility for the disabled i.e.

in case of obstructed access to real estate of heavy goods vehicles, when the owners of single-family properties are elderly or disabled people, the possibility of receiving waste from the property, without displaying containers to the edge of the roadway. In any such case, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor electronically.

7. The Contracting Authority does not require to carry out a local vision or check the documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Law Pzp

8. The list of properties for the collection of waste from the Municipality is set up in Annex 11 to the SWZ.
