Description:

The project includes the construction of 5 buildings between 3 and 5 floors spread over 2 building blocks. A total of 115 apartments of varying size will be built with a total floor area of 10,000 m2.

The buildings are erected with back walls and decks in concrete elements, brick walls, bathrooms such as finished bath cabinets and flat roofs with roofing paper.

This tender comprises two contract prices (sub-contracts), the scope of which is set out in part II.2.4:

1) Bathtubs:

- supply of prefabricated baths on site.

2) Concrete elements:

- delivery of prefabricated concrete elements at the construction site.


1. Bathtubs

This offering deals with the supply of 120 prefabricated bath cabinets. Delivery of bath cabins must be made directly at the construction site, cf. the delivery schedule contained in the tender material. Bathtubs are made of concrete and fully finished with all surfaces, fixtures, fittings and pipe fittings, excl. door. Bathtubs must be fully ready for connection to the building's other technical installations. Vendor design is included in the delivery, including approval of drawings by the ordering provider.

2. Concrete elements

This tender deals with the delivery of approx. 10 600 m2 concrete elements (back walls and partitions), 44 pcs. concrete staircases and repos and approx. 295 m2 balcony entrance elements. Delivery must be made directly at the construction site, cf. the delivery schedule contained in the tender material. Vendor design is included in the delivery, including approval of drawings by the ordering provider. The assignment is described in more detail in the tender documents.
