The subject of the service is the conclusion of a framework agreement regarding the creation of barrier-free files (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and PDF) for the BA offices and the job centres by an external service provider.

The Federal Employment Agency requires a contingent of services to ensure the accessibility of Microsoft Office and PDF files.

The aim is to create documents with the highest possible degree of accessibility.

Translations into plain language and sign language are not part of this framework agreement.

Ensuring accessibility applies to products (files) from the Microsoft family Word, Excel, PowerPoint in the Office version used by the client, currently 2019 as well as documents in PDF format. Documents in PDF format can be generated from the MS Office products mentioned or can only be available in this file format.

The current version of MS Office is subject to change during the term of the contract. Additional costs incurred as a result of the changeover to the new MS Office version cannot be claimed.
