i-CITY develops, in collaboration with external companies, solutions based heavily on Microsoft cloud technologies mainly based on Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP but relying on the other pillars of the Microsoft cloud (M365, Azure). These include CiRM CMT, Real Estate Management, Resource Management Tool, Finance & Operations and LIOS.

Currently, the support of support, operational, corrective and evolutionary maintenance are not provided internally, but by the external companies that have been responsible for the development of these solutions. At the end of the mission of these companies, we want to ensure that these solutions continue to be maintained by a consortium competent on all Microsoft cloud technologies. The ultimate objective of this contract is to frame the transition to maintenance and support operated by this consortium.
