The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of medical equipment, in the amount and with the parameters required in Annex 4 to the SWZ (1. Electric bed – 20 pcs.; 2. Bedside cabinet – 20 pcs.; 3. Trolley for transporting patients – 2 pcs.; 4. Anti-decubitus mattress – 3 pcs.) along with full warranty service and training of the Ordering Party's staff, under the conditions specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ, for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża.
