This framework agreement concerns the carrying out of hydraulic modelling as part of the application of the regulation of the Coastal Risk Prevention Plan (PPRL) approved in July 2022. In this context, Article 4.3 "Common provisions" of the Regulation specifies that where the petitioner is unable to leave 40% of the project's flood surface for the free flow of water, a hydraulic study is necessary to demonstrate that the risk has not been aggravated
