The subject of the call for tenders is the allocation of delivery services for equipping digital classrooms in accordance with the “DigitalPakt School” funding guideline for the municipality of Gauting.

In order to ensure up-to-date and pedagogically meaningful IT and media equipment at educational institutions, various funding programs are currently available to the faculty staff of schools in Bavaria with the aim of driving digital change in schools forward.

For this purpose, grants are provided to schools, which can be used from the basic creation of in-house cabling to media equipment in classrooms. The development of a nationwide WLAN network is also included.

Against this background, action plans are being drafted for schools that reflect the equipment requirements of the respective schools. This call for tenders is the result of action planning for the municipality of Gauting. In summary, the following requirements for delivery & installation services were determined:
