Delivery, installation and commissioning of a new 5-axis modular and operable printing system 3D electronics integration for technology research and realization of small electronic devices (prototypes) as well as the associated software, training services and the associated warranty

The printing system to be offered for 3D electronics integration serves to set up an implementation technology platform for sensors as well as electronic components and small devices in the cleanroom technology laboratory of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences (HSM). In addition, printing with a wide variety of materials in high resolution on flat substrates (wafers, ceramics, printed circuit boards) should also be possible. The device should be suitable for evaluating printing materials, researching and optimizing complex printing processes for three-dimensional systems and realizing complete components and devices, including housings.
