The purpose of these framework agreements is to publish, under the control of the agglomeration community, the general news newspaper of Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines Le Sqy Mag.The Sqy Mag is a general news newspaper which is published no later than the 1st week of the month. It is printed from 5 to 11 issues per year, each for a minimum of 90,0000 copies and a maximum of 130,000 copies, 104,000 on average. One issue covers the months of July and August. The detailed description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.)
