The purpose of this contract is to provide, on municipal territory, services as specified in these special specifications in the technical clauses necessary for the collection and treatment of waste and the maintenance of good condition. cleanliness of municipal infrastructure, the supply of garbage bags as well as the maintenance of hedges along municipal roads.

We will speak more generally of the “MSG Cleanliness” concept.

This market includes six lots:

- lot 1: collection and treatment of waste: household waste (door to door, via voluntary drop-off points and municipal waste);

- lot 2: container yard;

- lot 3: voluntary contribution points - implementation - management - maintenance;

- lot 4: garbage bags (30 - 60 & 90 L PEHD riparian, 30 L organic & 100 L PEBD technical service);

- lot 5: road cleaning - cleaning of waterways;
