The Asklepios Klinikum Uckermark-Schwedt intends in the course of the current refurbishment and further development of the hospital the conversion and the extension of the component AK8 on the 2nd floor to a new central emergency room.

The entrance to the emergency room will be an extension to house elevators and stairwell. The conversion is mainly provided in the 2nd floor of the AK8, the floors below it remain in use during the construction phase.
