The “South East Campus” project is the construction of the new corporate headquarters on the premises of Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH. The building is a rectangular structure with a closed courtyard as an atrium, with a full basement. Number of floors ground floor to 2nd floor as full floors. The 3rd floor as a partial floor with flat roofs. The structure must be founded approx. 6.50 m deep with a WU construction (base plate and exterior walls).
The excavation pit is secured all around by means of construction systems including appropriate water retention. 4 stairwells serve to access the respective floors and an additional 3 lift systems. Cantilevered balconies running through the outer façade facing the inner courtyard in front of the 1st and 2nd floors.

The subject of this call for tenders is the “civil engineering work” such as the preparation of the construction site, the earthwork and excavation work including monitoring for possible weapons during construction, as well as shoring and water retention work for the construction project “New business headquarters of a South-East Campus” construction project in Leipzig. The client is Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH.
Costs arising from the points listed below must be included in the corresponding service items, unless they are fringe benefits or no separate items are advertised.
The civil engineering works are divided into the following titles (services)
Title 01 - Construction of the construction site
Title 02 - Earthworks
Title 03 - ordnance monitoring
Title 04 - Assembly work
Title 05 - Water retention work
Title 06 - Documentation
Title 07 - Hourly wage work
The general technical contract conditions (ATV) for the individual service areas/titles (if necessary) are placed in front of the respective course sections.
The bidder must create a finished excavation pit, including the preparation of the construction field before the excavation work, which is presented in detail in the contract documents and the functional service description along with systems. These documents form the basis for calculating the offer. For the civil engineering services to be provided, all planning services that are still required must be provided that are to be expected after service phase 4.
A zero flow plan for the entire advertised scope of services must be submitted by the bidder together with the offer.
The submission of two or more technically different main tenders is only permitted for Title 04 — Construction work and Title 05 — Water retention work.
