Framework umbrella agreement signed with minimum one (1) contractor per lot. The contractor can be successful in securing one or more Lots (i.e. multiple lots). This will be a none-exclusive agreement. Purchase order agreement will be issued in accordance with the laws of the country where the entity ordering the services is established. The agreement shall be valid for the term of 3 years with option to prolong the agreement up to two times, each for a period of 1 year.
This tender concerns the provision of main component exchange services (installation, commissioning, tools, documentation, transport of the component, etc.) for applicable onshore wind farms, located in UK, NL, SE and DK. The Employer’s portfolio consists of multiple WTG platforms. The applicable WTG platforms to this tender are the Siemens D3MKI (3.0MW Direct Drive), Nordex Delta (3.6MW N117, 3.9MW N131) and Vestas V90(1.8-2MW).
