This contract includes the parts of the communications needs where telecommunications services can be the most appropriate and cost effective system for the Contracting Authority, either alone or in combination with other systems.

The contract includes subscriptions and mobile telephony traffic, and associated services in the telephony area. This concerns:

— access to mobile internet,

— basic services for speech and data traffic,

— support systems, system integrations and interactive systems for the basic services,

— administrative and commercial systems,

— telephony competence,

— switchboard.
