Complete renovation of the Kunsthalle, Grabbeplatz 4, Düsseldorf, here: Structural engineering

The city of Düsseldorf intends to completely renovate the Kunsthalle, Grabbeplatz 4.

According to the building management of the Cultural Office, the Kunsthalle is one of the cultural buildings in the city of Düsseldorf that are most in need of energy-efficient renovation. As part of the major renovation that is now being planned, the condition of the building, the energy balance and accessibility are to be significantly improved. In the future, the city of Düsseldorf would like to handle its large-scale projects using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method and, as part of this project, deal with the application of BIM in the administrative sector as one of the pilot projects. Therefore, at least in part, the project should be carried out using the BIM method. The construction costs (KG 200 to 700) are currently estimated at approx. 11 million euros, gross. The subject of this award is the commissioning of structural engineering management. There will be a step-by-step commissioning. See para.
