The object of the service is the transport and recycling of the fraction of shredded bulky waste (AVV 191210) produced in the bulky waste line of the MBA Südniedersachsen as well as of high-calorific material generated in the household waste line (predominantly contaminant-free household waste, AVV 191210).

The service is divided into 2 compartment lots (Lot 1: Transport and recycling of 11,000 to 19,000 Mg/a of combustible waste (mainly shredded bulky waste; Lot 2: Transport and recycling of 26,000 to 44,900 Mg/a of high-calorific material (predominantly shredded household waste) with 2 maturity alternatives each (Alternative A: duration 5 years; Alternative B: term 10 years).

The service includes the transport and recycling of approx. 11,000 to 19,000 Mg/a of combustible waste (AVV 191210, predominantly shredded bulky waste) starting from 01.01.2024.

The waste is to be taken over, transported and recycled at the MBA Südniedersachsen.

The service is advertised in 2 runtime alternatives:

Alternative A: duration 5 years (i.e. 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028) and

Alternative B: Duration 10 years (i.e. 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2033).

The service includes the transport and recycling of approx. 26,000 to 44,900 Mg/a of high-calorific material (AVV 191210, predominantly shredded household waste) starting from 01.01.2024.

The waste is to be taken over, transported and recycled at the MBA Südniedersachsen.

The service is advertised in 2 runtime alternatives:

Alternative A: duration 5 years (i.e. 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028) and

Alternative B: Duration 10 years (i.e. 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2033).

The bidder is also free to choose whether he wishes to take over the waste pre-shredded (0-300 mm) or post-crushed (0-80 mm). He must clearly specify this in the offer letter. The costs incurred by the waste association for the operation or conversion of the shredding are taken into account accordingly in the evaluation of the offers.
