Creation and implementation of a technical monitoring for the new building of the Criminal Investigation Institute (CTI) of the State Criminal Police Office of Baden-Württemberg. For the new CTI building, a modern laboratory concept is to be implemented with, among other things, laboratory landscapes, ballistic tracks, explosives storage, evidence rooms, workshops, training laboratory and office space, which allows a high degree of flexibility for future changes in usage needs.
The needs assessment LPH 1 has already been completed with the preparation of a feasibility study and an explanatory report on the spatial and functional program. Total area NUF 1-7 = 15,562 m², of which, among other things, laboratories = 4,268 m², forensics = 1,945 m², analysis and evidence rooms = 1,642 m². Construction costs BWK (300+400) approx. € 109,439,000 gross
The contractor is commissioned with the creation of a monitoring concept, the updating of the concept, the updating and monitoring of the property, as well as the property management in the first phase of use according to AMEV, the CTI. Monitoring is carried out in the first phase of use 4 years after commissioning in accordance with the specifications of the AMEV.
The services are to be provided for the following plant groups: KG 410, KG420, KG430, KG 440, KG460, KG470, KG480
The intention is to commission services in the area of "commissioning management and technical monitoring" for service levels 1-5.
