The scope of this contract is for the provision of Welfare Advice Benefits services.

LMH are looking to appoint a supplier who will work with them to deliver a targeted, effective and responsive service to their customers whilst maximising the potential for cost efficiency gains and value added service.

The contractor must provide a comprehensive welfare rights service to LMH customers including vulnerable client groups.

The contractor must provide a comprehensive debt advice service to all LMH customers.
