The object of the contract is the service of control, welfare and protection of abandoned animals through the provision of the service of collection and assistance of animals on the roads and public spaces of the Municipality of Huelva, as well as the attention of animal admissions in the Municipal Center, the management of adoptions, their epidemiological surveillance and application of isolation measures, prevention and control of epizoonotic and zoonotic diseases of public health interest; as well as the detection of cases of animal abuse, by means of a veterinary forensic study, in accordance with the conditions and characteristics included in the technical specifications drafted by the Head of the Environmental Health Section of the Huelva City Council.
