The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering forest management works (mechanical soil preparation and shredding of post-harvest residues) to be performed in the Namysłów Forest District in 2023.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of agrotechnical drainage (shredding of post-harvest residues) and mechanical soil preparation to be performed in the Namysłów Forest District in the Smogorzów forestry, Podmiejskie, Niwki, Ziemiełowice, Świty, Gola, Gręboszów, Siemysłów, Polkowskie, Wołczyn, Komorzno and Starościn in 2023.

2) The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of forest development works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix 2.1 – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location;

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1 - "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of May 12, 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests along with the changes introduced by amending decisions; Appendix No. 3.2 - "Description of the regional standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 62 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice along with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

5) A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) The execution of works included in the subject of the contract will take place in the forest districts: Smogorzów, Podmiejskie, Niwki, Ziemiełowice, Świty, Gola, Gręboszów, Siemysłów, Polkowskie, Wołczyn, Komorzno and Starościn – ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the appendices included in Appendix 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract and they will be awarded after a separate procedure under the single source procurement procedure.
